Terms and conditions

Last updated 22 October 2026.

These terms cover use of afroamplify.com and the public forms on it. AfroAmplify is a creative agency with a creator desk. They are not a substitute for a signed brand or creator contract. Launch-country counsel still drafts those.

The offer

We sell creative work and creator campaign management: scripts, digital marketing, brand setup, matching and briefing creators, material review, coordination, tracking of results a brand can match, and separate creator lessons. Prices stay off the public pages until one is set. Nothing on the site is a binding quote until we agree scope and price with you.

Two contracts

The client hires AfroAmplify. The creator works for AfroAmplify and does not invoice the brand. Brand and creator do not contract each other through this site. Money moves from the client to us, then to the creator after verification. A client name appears on the site only when that client agrees to be listed. A creator stays off a named client we introduced for 12 months after the last paid job with that client, unless a buyout is agreed. During a campaign, a creator does not promote a direct competitor of that brand.

Registration and placement

Joining the tribe or asking for a lesson does not guarantee work or income. We work with people who have signed up. We match by city, language, channel, availability, and ability to explain the service. We do not rank creators by follower count.

Pay

The brand pays us first. A creator is paid only after the agreed work is verified: when that delivery is accepted, or weekly when the project is small. Instant pay is not offered. First payouts use the wallets or transfers named in our decisions for each market.

Creator boundary

Creators explain the service and guide people to the brand’s official channel. They do not collect customer cash or identity documents, and they do not take over the brand’s licensed or in-store job.

Using the site

Do not misuse the forms, scrape personal data, impersonate someone else, or upload unlawful content. Profile photos must be of the creator registering, not identity documents. We may refuse or remove submissions that break these rules.

No legal advice

Free tools, notes, and help pages are practical guidance, not legal advice. Campaign terms for a live job sit in the written brief and contract for that job.

Liability

The site is provided as is for information and enquiries. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every registration leads to a placement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from use of the public site alone. Signed project terms may set different limits for paid work.
